It's true! Jimmy Choo, designer shoes favoured by celebrities, will be collaborating with H&M to design a cheap and chic collection. A sneak peek at the new collection:
"We are privileged to be among the fashion greats who have been affiliated with H&M so far, and to be designing a collection appealing to fashion savvy, street smart women, and to be including some great pieces for men, too," said Tamara Mellon, the founder and president of Jimmy Choo.
"We adore Jimmy Choo's shoes and bags. They are glamorous and sexy, and they add instant style to the simplest of outfits," said Margareta van den Bosch, the creative advisor for H&M. "I like the way we have worked with clothes to accessorize the shoes and bags rather than the other way around. This collaboration is particularly exciting because it's our first shoe designer collection."

The Swedish-based H&M has been slowly moving its shops upmarket. In 2004, the clothing chain started teaming up with high-fashion designers such as Stella McCartney and Roberto Cavalli. H&M recently teamed up with Matthew Williamson to produce a cheap yet chic, sell-out collection.
Jimmy Choo shoes normally retail for about £400 (€469) in the UK. This fall from Nov 14, you'll be able to pick up bargain-priced Jimmy Choo shoes at H&M for between €40 to €200!
